**IMPORTANT NOTE**: If you are considering a booking but concerned about the weather, we highly recommend that you go ahead and book as it is risk-free. Summertime showers are so isolated on the coast that we only have to cancel fewer than 5% of our trips due to weather. In the rare event that we do have to cancel, you can reschedule or receive a full refund, so there’s nothing to lose! However, in many cases if you wait until the last minute to book, others have already booked the boat or the crew is unavailable. Sailing Instruction Rates
ASA 101 $595This is course is great for beginners! You'll learn to skipper a keelboat of 25' in length, during the day, in light to moderate winds. 101 teaches knowledge of basic sailing terms, parts, commands, sail trim, and safety.
ASA 103 $775This intermediate course teaches you to skipper a 30' keelboat with a motor in moderate winds and sea conditions. You'll gain knowledge of cruising sailboat terminology, basic boat systems, intermediate sail trim, safety and seamanship.
ASA 104 $995The bareboat cruising course prepares you to skipper a multi-day cruise upon inland or costal waters in moderate to heavy winds and sea conditions. Students learn about provisioning, boat systems, coastal navigation and advanced sail trim, among other things.
